Terms of Service & Refund Policy

For Website Designing, Designing and branding and other services:

  1. All payments will be accepted only via our online payment gateway present on our website.
  2. To avail any of our services, half of the payment needs to be in advance and the other half can be paid at the time of the product delivery.
  3. A payment confirmation email would be sent along with a digital receipt once the payment is made.

  5. After the payment is made, the customer has a 24 hour window for cancellation, beyond which no cancellation/refund is allowed. The refund amount would be credited within 10 business days.

For Templates:

  1. The product will be delivered within 24 hours of providing the requirements.
  2. Order once placed cannot be terminated or transferred.
  3. The customer is allowed a maximum of 2 revisions to the template.
  4. All the prices are non-negotiable. The customer will only receive the template they have paid for.
  5. Allowable revision according to client’s preferences are: colour, font, placement of text/logo.
