For Website Designing, Designing and branding and other services:
- All payments will be accepted only via our online payment gateway present on our website.
- To avail any of our services, half of the payment needs to be in advance and the other half can be paid at the time of the product delivery.
- A payment confirmation email would be sent along with a digital receipt once the payment is made.

- After the payment is made, the customer has a 24 hour window for cancellation, beyond which no cancellation/refund is allowed. The refund amount would be credited within 10 business days.
- The product will be delivered within 24 hours of providing the requirements.
- Order once placed cannot be terminated or transferred.
- The customer is allowed a maximum of 2 revisions to the template.
- All the prices are non-negotiable. The customer will only receive the template they have paid for.
- Allowable revision according to client’s preferences are: colour, font, placement of text/logo.
